Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Admobly mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

The App uses Google Sign-In (OAuth) for user authentication. By signing in, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

The App does not store and does not have access to your Google password.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Admobly offers optional PRO subscriptions (monthly and yearly) through Apple In-App Purchases.

• All payments are processed by Apple
• Admobly does not collect or store payment or billing information
• Access to PRO features is available only while the subscription is active
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID settings
• Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple

4. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
• Use the App in a manner that could harm other users

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including:

• Google OAuth
• Firebase Analytics
• Google AdMob API
• Apple In-App Purchases

Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies:

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, logos, and source code within the App are owned by Admobly or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Admobly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
